Meet The Captain
Capt. Mac Simmons is a life-long commercial fisherman with over 30 years of experience in the Gulf of Maine. From lobstering and tuna fishing to herring seining and groundfishing; he's done it all. His knowledge and expertise on the water ensures the best chance to land the catch of a lifetime!
Meet The First Mate
Nate Simmons grew up on the ocean commercial fishing with his father and grandfather. He caught his first tuna at 12 years old... the rest is history. He now spends his summers chasing giant bluefin tuna along side his father on the F/V Illusion.

All of our charters take place on our comfortable and fully equipped 32' Mitchell Cove. She features a spacious layout with ample cabin and deck space. Along with a cozy cushioned bench, 2 bunks, a head, and even heat for those chilly mornings!
