Our Policy

For all offshore fishing charters we require a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. In the event that you need to cancel we ask that you give 72 hours notice. Any cancellations under 72 hours will be charged the full amount or rescheduled to a later date.

If the captain decides to cancel, you will be refunded your deposit.

Our #1 priority is safety. We will not tolerate any misconduct or illegal activity. On most trips we are hours away from any formal medical assistance.

In the event of un-safe weather the captain may cancel the trip before departure.

We permit light alcohol consumption. Such as beer, wine, seltzers, etc.

The captain may cancel the trip at any time due to over intoxicated clients. (full price: non-refundable)

We will not tolerate any hard liquor or illegal substances, including marijuana.

Before departure each client must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel.

On all charters the mate works for tips!   15-20% is customary
